About the Role:
As a Customer Service Rep/ Distribution Technician, you’ll help make a real difference by ensuring life-saving tissue grafts are delivered to patients across the world. From our Portland facility, you’ll help inspect, pack, and ship grafts, both frozen and ambient, through ground and air transport. This is an important and rewarding role where accuracy and efficiency matter. You will also work closely with our team to fulfill orders and support Customer Service in getting these vital gifts to those who need them most.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Work Environment and Physical Activities:
- May be required to drop off shipments to FedEx/UPS locations if courier is unavailable.
