Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Generalist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a broad range of day-to-day HR responsibilities.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who can take ownership of HR tasks, keep processes organized, and support the company as it grows. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and ready to work consistently during UK hours.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee records, and workplace policies
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and during UK business hours
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience with KPI tracking, recruitment, or policy updates is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee support
  • Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
  • Support recruitment, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Assist with hiring, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Track KPIs, attendance, performance records, and HR-related reports
  • Support managers with basic HR issues, documentation, and compliance
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive employee experience
  • Ensure HR files, contracts, and internal documents are kept accurate and up to date
