Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and problem-solving?
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Dutch + English) to join our international team On-Site in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multilingual environment supporting business travelers.
What You’ll Do
• Provide top-tier support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
What You Bring
• Dutch – C1 | English – B2.
• Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00.
