Our Customer Success team partners closely with healthcare organizations to build trusted relationships, guide adoption, and support meaningful outcomes in real-world, high-stakes environments. This is not a traditional support role—it is a customer-facing function that requires working directly with EMS teams, hospitals, and healthcare providers during onboarding and adoption. Team members must be able to operate within a SaaS platform while understanding how technology supports complex healthcare workflows. Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or similarly complex environments is important, along with the ability to connect the dots across clinical and operational needs and ensure connected networks of care are actively used and sustained over time. We look for people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and approach their work with intention and care—those who are thoughtful, sharp, and collaborative, bring a curious mindset, and follow through on commitments while contributing to a positive and respectful environment.
