In this role, you’ll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally — programs designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution. You’ll connect with people through a proven, simple system, helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations.
This is a **relationship-centered role**, blending leadership, communication, and personal development — with full training and ongoing support provided.
## Tasks
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Share and promote transformational personal development programs with individuals worldwide
* Utilize a simple, effective 3-step marketing system to connect with aligned clients
* Communicate the value of programs that support growth, purpose, and success
* Build authentic relationships with team members and clients
* Support and guide team members in aligning their personal and professional goals
* Work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative global team
* Manage your own marketing budget
* Facilitate orientations for new team members
* Engage daily in your own mindset and personal growth practices - we truly _walk the talk_
## Requirements

* A strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
* Experienced in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing, or related fields
* Skilled in relationship-building and empowering listening
