The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader (FP&A Leader) leads the analysis functions for the internal company and our partners/competitors. This role is a great fit for someone who naturally connects financial outcomes to business strategy and thrives on making sense of the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all monthly financial statement preparation and prepare timely and accurate analyses of month-end financial reports for the executive team.
• Direct and lead the budget planning process.
• Develop financial models to evaluate changes to policies/processes and benefits.
• Support the CFO with financial analysis of partners and competitors including summarizing quarterly earnings calls and 990s.
• Assist controller with data gathering for the external annual audit and 990 tax return preparation.
• Assess current accounting operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 8+ years’ relevant work experience in accounting, including experience with Financial Planning & Analysis.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in using various Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with standard costing.
