We're hiring an email marketing specialist to own our lifecycle email program at a fast-growing finance B2C brand.
## Tasks
You'll handle:
\- Subject lines, offers, and copy
\- Segmentation and audience strategy
\- Campaign briefs, calendar planning, and execution
\- Promotional blasts, automated flows, lifecycle sequences
\- A/B testing and iteration based on results
## Requirements
Required:
\- Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce, software, or finance B2C brands
\- Strong instinct for offers and subject lines that convert
\- Comfortable working with structured processes and AI-assisted workflows
\- Reliable, organized, available for ongoing work
Nice to have (not required):
\- [Customer.io](https://customer.io/) experience
\- HTML email design experience (writing HTML directly or with AI, not image-based)
