The Technical Recruiter focuses on sourcing, identifying and recruiting top talents on behalf of client organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific role requirements.
• Utilize various talent sourcing methods to find and attract suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the client.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Stay informed about the industry trends to identify potential candidates.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
• Hands-on working experience is required. Experience in outsourcing recruitment is an advantage.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can multitask and work independently
• Willing to be assigned in West Avenue, Quezon City
