Description

We are looking for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Front-End Developer (m/f/d) to support our client.

As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our web platforms by developing and optimizing user-facing features in AEM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and content managers, to ensure the delivery of a seamless and engaging digital experience.

  • AEM Front-End Development: Develop and maintain front-end components and templates in Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring code quality and alignment with design standards.
  • Responsive UI Development: Create responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to integrate front-end designs with AEM components and APIs, ensuring consistency and usability.
  • Performance Optimization: Focus on web performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, minimizing HTTP requests, and reducing overall page load times.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing (across devices and browsers) and debugging to ensure smooth user experiences, resolving front-end issues as needed.
  • AEM Best Practices: Follow AEM development best practices, including component
  • Proficient in AEM templates, components, dialogs, and content management features.
  • Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in optimizing front-end performance, including SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or any other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Experience in a similar life sciences/ big pharma developer role, where you worked closely with business and IT teams is preferred but not required
