Elliott Aviation is seeking a bold, commercially minded leader to own and accelerate our global aftermarket parts and aircraft lighting business. This is a highly visible, remote-based role for an aviation professional who understands the aftermarket ecosystem and knows how to turn inventory, intelligence, and relationships into sustained, profitable growth.

As Director of Aftermarket Parts & Aircraft Lighting Sales, you will serve as the commercial leader and brand ambassador for Elliott across the aviation aftermarket. You'll shape pricing, drive dealer performance, commercialize rotable and consumable inventory, and influence product strategy-all while building a trusted global presence for the Elliott brand.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Drive Revenue & Strategy
- Own and execute the global sales and business development strategy
- Deliver aggressive revenue, margin, and cash-flow growth
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments
- Lead high-value negotiations with dealers, distributors, MROs, and key accounts
Build & Lead the Dealer Network
- Develop and manage a high-performing global dealer ecosystem
- Act as the senior escalation point for strategic customers
- Strengthen long-term partnerships through value-based selling
Own Pricing, Profitability & Inventory Commercialization
- Lead pricing, discounting, and margin strategy
- Direct buying and selling of rotable and consumable inventory
- Optimize inventory turns while managing obsolescence risk
- Oversee disposition strategies to maximize recovery value
Be the Voice of the Market
- Track aviation aftermarket trends, competitor activity, and demand signals
- Translate market intelligence into product and portfolio insights
- Partner cross-functionally to drive smarter commercial decisions
Champion the Brand
- Represent Prizm at aviation trade shows, conferences, and customer sites
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and sales tools
- Define trade show strategy and presence for maximum impact
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive experience in aviation aftermarket parts, aircraft lighting, avionics, or MRO-related sales
- Proven success driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and inventory profitability
- Strong understanding of FAA-regulated aviation aftermarket environments
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong financial and commercial judgment
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience building or leading commercial teams (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Sales
Location & Travel
- Remote role based anywhere in the continental United States
- Up to 75% travel, especially during the first year, to support customers, dealers, and industry events
