Job Description: Export Sales Head– Middle East & Africa (Batteries: Lead Acid, Tubular,
Lithium, Solar)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across
the Middle East and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in batteries,
including Lead Acid, Tubular, Lithium, and Solar batteries, with proven expertise in developing new
markets, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Middle East and
Africa markets.
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, and other key clients.
• Promote the company's range of batteries including Lead Acid, Tubular, Lithium, and Solar
solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, competitor activities, and
industry trends.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer
satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and
expand market presence.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards related to batteries and energy
storage solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in export sales, preferably in batteries or energy storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of Lead Acid, Tubular, Lithium, and Solar batteries.
• Proven track record in developing markets within the Middle East and Africa.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
Preferred Attributes:
• Knowledge of regional regulations and standards.
• Existing network of industry contacts in target regions.
• Technical understanding of battery products and applications.
