Due to business growth, this investment company is recruiting a senior legal counsel to provide legal support on:

• Corporate activities including general commercial activities relating to private investments
• General in-house operational matters
• Managing internal stakeholders' expectations
• Engaging external counsel and reviewing their advice

To qualify, you should have the following profile:

• 10+ PQE with general corporate/commercial experience
• Stable and flexible personality with team playing and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be advantageous too
