Description

We are hiring an Enterprise/Corporate Account Executive to drive new business with mid-market and enterprise clients (500+ employees) for remote staffing solutions. This role involves engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities


  • Prospect and close enterprise accounts

  • Manage full sales cycle (RFPs, presentations, negotiations, closure)

  • Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers

  • Deliver tailored staffing solutions based on client needs

  • Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM

  • Drive revenue through upselling and account expansion

Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of B2B enterprise sales (staffing/BPO/workforce solutions preferred)

  • Proven experience closing high-value (6–7 figure) deals

  • Strong experience with long, complex sales cycles

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have


  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

  • Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing solutions
