## Tasks
* Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems to meet the requirements of the **industrial** and **automotive** sectors
* Development of **software architecture** in coordination with other departments
* Independent **technical leadership** of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
* Organization and execution of reviews, as well as approval of new software releases
* **Technical guidance** and development of software team members
* Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
* Close collaboration with the Head of Software
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
* Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
* Experience in implementing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
* Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a high degree of personal responsibility
