Description
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior to join our team.
You will be part of an international setup with a German client, working in a Spanish‑German team and collaborating with stakeholders across different countries.
The person will support us in different Employee Central topics, both in project and support environments. The role requires someone with real hands-on experience, able to understand client needs, configure the system, investigate issues, and propose practical solutions.
What you will do
- Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, support, and improvement topics.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional solutions.
- Support topics related to employee data, foundation objects, workflows, business rules, permissions, event reasons, and MDF objects.
- Help with incidents, change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day client requests.
- Join workshops with HR teams, key users, and other project stakeholders.
- Work together with integration, payroll, time, and reporting teams when topics are connected.
- Prepare simple and useful documentation when needed.
- Support testing activities and help solve defects during the project or support phase.
- Advise the client when there is a better or simpler way to do something in Employee Central.
Qualifications
Skills we are looking for
- Solid experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good understanding of Employee Central configuration and standard processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of business rules, workflows, permissions, foundation objects, picklists, and MDF objects.
- Ability to investigate issues and explain the solution clearly.
- Experience working with HR processes and employee lifecycle topics.
- Comfortable working with clients and asking the right questions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to work independently, but also coordinate well with other teams.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Experience with Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll, or SAP HCM.
- Knowledge of integrations, for example CPI, Boomi, Integration Center, or APIs.
- German language skills.
- Previous experience in support or AMS environments.
