About the Role

We are looking for a Treasury Intern to join Affidea’s Finance team and support treasury operations. This full-time internship is ideal for a student eager to gain practical experience in a multinational healthcare organization, working closely with and being supported by an experienced treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

With guidance and support from the team, the intern will be involved in:

  • Forecast vs. Actual Analysis

    • Improving comparability at cash flow level by defining mapping rules at bank and country level for actuals versus forecast cash flow categories, including testing.

  • Reporting

    • Reviewing and setting up country reports related to Actuals vs. Forecast analysis.

  • Financial Data Management

    • Improving data quality for existing Financial Leases and Local Loans in Nomentia.

  • Bank Guarantees

    • Reviewing and supporting the setup of bank guarantee administration.

  • Deferred Payments Administration

    • Reviewing and supporting the administration of Deferred Purchase Payments, including repayment schedules.

    • Reviewing and setting up Deferred (conditional and fixed) M&A payments.

  • Documentation & Process Support

    • Creating and maintaining User Manuals for treasury processes and reports in Nomentia.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Availability to work full-time.

  • Strong interest in treasury, cash flow management, and financial systems.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Fluent or strong working proficiency in English.
