Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Finance division. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be a key driver of our sales strategy, working closely with our team to identify and convert leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the department.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance products and the Indian real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
