Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for our AI-powered talent acquisition platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Be a strong advocate for the user throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all products.

Qualifications

• The candidate has held the job title Product Designer or its equivalent.
• The candidate should be located in Sweden.
• Candidate has 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Candidate is proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Candidate has experience conducting user research and usability testing.
