Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments, ensuring that critical applications operate smoothly and any disruptions are promptly addressed to support business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline operations.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage system health.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
