ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Dutch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β€’ Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Dutch
β€’ Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
β€’ Follow client guidelines and quality standards
β€’ Escalate complex issues appropriately
β€’ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
β€’ Fluent in Dutch β€” native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
β€’ EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
β€’ Previous customer service experience is an advantage
