What you'll do
- Support Finnish-speaking customers via phone, chat & email
- Handle inquiries from travel, fashion and product-related services
- Provide clear, friendly and professional customer support
- Work in an international support team
What you need
- Fluent Finnish + good English
- Already living in Lisbon or nearby
- Customer-focused mindset
