You bring a bias for action and growth, are energized by selling to sophisticated buyers (law firms, consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies), and know how to build and coach a team to do the same.

- Develop and oversee National Partner and Program participant acquisition strategies, monitor opportunity funnel, measure performance, and perform acquisition projections
- Oversee and implement the full acquisition cycle including market research, trends, analysis, and engaging prospects, while achieving annual acquisition, sponsorship, and retention goals
- Develop and implement structured customer relationship management, acquisition, and retention processes across the organization
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and reinforce opportunities to engage with National Partners and Program participants, attract prospective National Partners, and identify cross-program/engagement opportunities
- Build, develop, and mentor the business development team; shape a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, talent development, and bench strength
- Coach internal leaders on how to leverage relationships and stakeholder meetings to advance sales opportunities; translate those engagements into pipeline

- High level of negotiating and influencing skills to initiate and close; ability to reverse-engineer a path to the sale and accelerate the sales cycle through trust-building
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop new relationships
- Skilled at developing and deploying sales enablement content — including one-pagers, slick sheets, pitch decks, and capability statements — and knows how to put the right material in front of the right audience
- Deep rooted confidence and gravitas
- Strong creativity and critical thinking skills

- Resourceful self-starter who knows which rooms to be in and how to get there
- Strong business and financial acumen
