WTW’s Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing team builds technology solutions that support employers in managing employee benefit programs. This role is a hands on contributor within an Agile team, focused on delivering high quality Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft and Azure technologies. You’ll work end to end on features, ensuring strong quality, performance, and maintainability while collaborating with global teams.
The role:
- Design, build, test, and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Develop integrations and extensions using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions following engineering and low code best practices.
- Participate in Agile delivery, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of development tasks and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

- 2–4 years of experience delivering software or Power Platform solutions in production.
- Experience across the full development lifecycle in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform, integrations, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and supporting .NET/Azure components.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub, version control, and CI/CD.
- Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have: Insurance or benefits domain experience, Dynamics 365, Databricks.
