Job description
The Asia Technology CIO Office supports the execution of regional technology strategy, leadership communications, and innovation initiatives across Asia. The team works closely with senior leaders and regional teams to track performance, drive priorities forward, and support the adoption of new technologies such as AI and automation.
Join us as a co-op intern to support strategy execution, performance reporting, and leadership communications within the Asia Technology CIO Office. This role combines data analysis, executive‑ready storytelling, and hands‑on exposure to regional technology and innovation programs. It is well suited for someone who is curious, well organized, and eager to learn how a large regional technology organization operates.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of regional technology strategy and key initiatives.
- Assist with data driven performance tracking and reporting for leadership reviews.
- Help prepare executive level presentations, summaries, and communication materials.
- Analyze data and metrics to support decision making and ongoing initiatives.
- Support innovation programs, including initiatives related to AI and automation.
- Help coordinate activities across teams, meetings, and action trackers.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, documentation, and project support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Data / Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and basic experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Comfortable with basic data cleaning and analysis.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with stakeholders.
- Able to commit to the internship on a full-time basis, from July 2026 – January 2027.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to turn analysis into clear narratives and presentation slides.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a structured manner.
- Strong interest in technology, AI, automation, transformation, and how data supports decision‑making.
