We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands‑on HR support across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Support full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Administer benefits, employee leave (including FMLA), and HR programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service
  • Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • HR certification and bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
