Are you a French-speaking professional with a keen eye for detail and an interest in the gaming world? We are hiring a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our Sofia team, handling the critical operational processes that keep a leading gaming platform running flawlessly.
In this back office role you will process account requests, review content, and support the operational integrity of a globally recognised gaming platform. Your accuracy and focus will make a real difference behind the scenes — and you will do it as part of a team that truly understands and values gaming culture.
Your responsibilities:
- Process gaming account requests, adjustments, and back office tasks
- Review account activity and content for policy compliance
- Support front-line teams with complex or escalated cases
- Maintain accurate logs and daily operational records
- Apply platform policies consistently to maintain integrity
What we are looking for:
- French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: working proficiency
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a structured back office environment
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
