About this Position The Social Media Lead drives content strategy, campaign execution, and community engagement across social platforms, with a strong focus on strengthening employer reputation. What you´ll do Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute social media strategies, content, and campaigns Monitor performance, analyze trends and competitor activity, and turn insights into actionable recommendations Lead ambassador calls and share best practices, learnings, and key insights Create engaging copy and scripts for social media posts and videos while actively responding to audience inquiries and comment Drive monthly content planning, coordinate local content inputs, and ensure seamless campaign execution Manage day to day social media operations, including content publishing and KPI tracking
