This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards while ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and addresses challenges that arise during implementation.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Strong knowledge of API management and data exchange protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom software engineering.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
