Our Corporate Headquarters located in Audubon, PA is searching for three (3) Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Human Resources Department due to growth and restructuring!
*** This position is 100% ONSITE. We do not offer hybrid or remote work arrangements. ***
What You Will Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through various methods including networking, referrals, databases, career fairs, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screening processes.
- Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within established company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
- Monitor and report on recruiting effectiveness, time-to-fill, turnover trends, and sourcing performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support onboarding activities and assist with new hire orientation as needed.
- Promote the company's employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You Have/Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) to three (3) years of talent acquisition experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and team members.
