Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the People Culture (P C) Co-op Student will work closely with members of the P C Delivery Talent Acquisition team to execute on critical projects and strategic initiatives. This hands-on experience will allow you to refine your communication skills, develop a deep understanding of processes, lean-into basic data and reporting skills, and collaborate with professionals who are passionate about fostering an inclusive and thriving work environment. As an integral part of our P C team, the Co-op student will assist with providing valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day People and Culture activities of our organization. There is a primary focus on the facilitation of full-cycle recruitment for GreenShield’s summer student program; this will give the co-op student a unique opportunity to engage with talented candidates, assist in organizing engaging recruitment events, and contribute to the growth of our diverse workforce. Other activities may include reporting from our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), analyzing employee data, managing job aids and support documents, and reviewing recruitment communications. As a representative of the P C team, the Co-op Student will conduct themselves in a professional manner and exhibit high levels of professionalism in all contexts and situations.
