Job Purpose

Manage, monitor and drive the Asbestos Risk Assessment Programme and the completion of actions

Manage, monitor and drive the Gas Inspection, Testing and Servicing Programme

Manage, monitor and drive the the Legionella Risk Assessmenr Programme and the completion of actions

Manage. Monitor and drive related Tier 2 compliance disciplines as and when they are added to the compliance programme

Be a 'champion' of the new compliance management system. Be pivotal in uploading the system with gas certification, legacy asbestos, and legionella certification, their corresponding actions and Tier 2 disciplines as and when they are added to the compliance programme

Manage and drive contract meetings with the relevant contractors for each of the disciplines – maintaining KPI achievement, minutes and actions
