Re18 is getting closer to fulfilling its mission and we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to tell the world why it matters. As CMO, you will define and own the overall marketing strategy, build and lead a high-performing team, and be the driving force behind brand awareness, user acquisition and retention across all markets. You will sit at the executive table, working hand-in-hand with the CEO to turn our health intelligence mission into a movement.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with Re18's business goals and growth targets
  • Build, lead and mentor a marketing team across brand, digital, content and community functions, fostering a data-driven culture with rigorous measurement and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, translating the company vision into compelling narratives that resonate with consumers, partners and investors
  • Own user acquisition targets and drive growth through performance marketing at sustainable CAC, overseeing paid and organic channels — PPC, SEO, social media, partnerships, PR and content marketing
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions, leading conversion optimisation through data, experimentation and customer insights
  • Define and protect Re18's brand identity, voice and positioning across all touchpoints, overseeing the creation of all marketing materials
  • Build strategic partnerships and media relationships to amplify brand reach, representing Re18 externally at events, in media and across industry platforms
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation across all channels
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks, presenting performance, insights and strategy to the CEO and board
  • Set the strategy for Re18's social media presence, overseeing influencer marketing, brand collaborations, community-building initiatives and consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and functions
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building and digital strategy
  • Strong command of paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy and action
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is highly valued
  • Familiarity with the healthtech, wellness or consumer health space is a plus
