Marketing Executive / Secretary

Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 4,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing activities for engineering and marine projects
• Conduct both indoor and outdoor marketing, including client visits and follow-ups
• Manage inquiries, track leads, and maintain communication with clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support for management
• Maintain client database and ensure proper documentation of communications
• Provide general coordination support across sales and project teams

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable interacting with clients and attending external events
• Able to work in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment
