As a Treasury - Manager, you will specialize in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs and developing strategies for capital structure optimization
- Managing liquidity and cash flow to support client financial goals
- Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to enhance client financial performance
- Leading teams in the execution of treasury management and commodities analysis projects
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to improve decision-making processes
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize client outcomes
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for financial growth
- Reviewing financial reports and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and treasury management needs.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
