We are now looking for a **Sales Manager.** In this role you will own and drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth, leveraging market expertise and strategic partnerships to achieve business expansion and deliver measurable impact on new ad solutions and company growth.
## Tasks
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
* Acquire new clients in alignment with company priorities and product focus
* Manage your own sales pipeline effectively: from lead generation to conversion and closing
* Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets (volume, quality, and revenue impact)
* Personally drive negotiations and close high-value deals with key advertisers and partners
* Leverage and expand your personal network to unlock new business opportunities
* Focus on the quality and scalability of acquired demand (ICP and LTV potential), not just raw volume
* Monitor and optimize your own pipeline performance and conversion rates across all sales stages
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to refine your selling approac
* Gather and share market insights and client feedback to contribute to new product/format development
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, affiliates, and partners
* Provide clear visibility and regular updates to management regarding your pipeline, results, and risks
## Requirements
**WHO YOU ARE:**
* **3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech (Gambling, Dating, Nutra, etc.)**
* **Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization**
* **Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier** **1–3 GEOs** **and active participation in industry conferences**
* **Strong network of advertisers / affiliates**
* Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
* Experience with lead generation channels and tools (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity, etc.)
* Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and advertiser needs
* Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
**Will BE A PLUS:**
* Hands-on media buying / traffic running experience is a strong advantage
