Job Description

• Developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
• Check compliance with regulations and laws required by NBC/CAFIU and other regulators.
• Verified AML-CFT Reports on STR, CTR report to CAFIU
• Analyze nature of transactions, transactions monitoring
• Customers risk profiling and rating
• Ensure that the company operations are operated by complying with policies and procedures
• Check and comply with all law and regulation of NBC/CAFIU
• Providing training to employees on AML-CFT and other compliance requirements.
• Investigating any compliance issues or violations that arise.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure internal compliance according with policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining a culture of compliance within the company.
• Overall, the Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in mitigating risks and ensuring ethical and legal behavior within the company.

Requirement

• Language: Good in English and Japanese is a plus
• Experience: Working in MFI or Bank at least 1-2 years
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Growing and Learning attitude
• Punctual, committed, dynamic, and honest.
