Responsibilities

- Coordinated with customer via phone and email to resolve problem and request with professional solution

- Trouble Shoot for the network, ICT, firewall, cloud computing , DNS, Monitoring system some projects

- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis

- Reply to customers following problem / requests for information and proposal requests

- Follow up customer until problem was resolved

Requirements

- 1-3 Years experience in managing support or operation team

- Experience in networking both Cisco and Non-Cisco product for WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN

- Experience in maintain enterprise network devices such as Switch, Wireless etc

- Broad knowledge in network technology and products

- Experience in operate firewall (Fortigate, Palo Alto) and load balancer (F5)

- In-depth knowledge on network routing protocol (such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and other network technology

- Knowledge on network security

- Knowledge on virtualization, automation, software-defined network architecture and cloud technology

- Knowledge of Site-to-Site IPSec VPN Has valid Cisco Certification in professional level (CCNA/CCNP) , Certificate of Palo Alto PCNSE or PAN-OS will be advantage. etc

- Positive attitude understanding of production support processes

- Coordinate with other infrastructure team to investigate problem those related to network

- Coordinate with vendors and link providers to deliver output within SLA, and manage to resolve and identify the root cause of the problem, including providing preventive actions to minimize or eliminate risks

- Provide technical consultant and support

- Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded

- Good personality and communication skill

- Good leadership

- Good command of written and spoken English
