• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years on managing or tech-leading a software engineer team.
• Strong experience with Data Structures or Algorithms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.
