Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging content for social media, website, app, and email marketing.

• Plan and produce videos, reels, graphics, and written content aligned with our brand.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and campaign execution.

• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics.

• Maintain a consistent tone and visual style across all platforms.

• Manage and update a content calendar.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in content creation (social media, design, copywriting, or video).

• A strong portfolio showcasing visual, video, or written content.

• Proficiency in content tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

• Strong command of English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
