We are seeking an experienced IT Techno‑Functional Analyst with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle HCM and Workday HCM to support an ongoing Workday migration. This role provides functional ownership across Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruiting, and acts as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, well‑integrated HR solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Functional (HR Systems & Business Processes)
- Develop and maintain pre-implementation deliverables such as process maps, requirements, design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing/cutover inputs.
- Support and understand the current Oracle HCM setup (Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Partner with HR, Talent, Payroll, and business teams to gather and translate requirements
- Support end‑to‑end recruiting processes including job posting, candidate selection, offer management, pre‑boarding, and onboarding.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements
- Provide functional support, user guidance, and post‑go‑live assistance.
Technical (Workday, Oracle, RICE, Integrations):
- Support Workday Recruiting EIBs, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
- Support Oracle HR RICE components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions).
- Assist with integrations between Oracle HCM, Workday, and third‑party systems.
- Perform system troubleshooting across configuration, security, data, and integrations
- Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and technologies like XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP.
- Manage integrations using Workday tools including Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS, and BIRT.
Data Migration & Conversion:
- Handle data extraction, mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation from Oracle HCM to Workday.
- Support data loads using Workday tools such as EIBs, core connectors, and loaders.
- Participate in at least one end‑to‑end data migration project covering Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout migration cycles.
Global HR Experience:
- Experience supporting global HR operations across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM North America.
- Understanding of regional variations in recruiting, absence, and time‑tracking processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of techno‑functional experience in HR systems.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday HCM (Recruiting, Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Proven experience in data migration and HR data management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large‑scale global HR transformations.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, absence, Reporting, Integrations) a plus.
