Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Facultative business operations, ensuring operational requirements are met and supporting marketing initiatives and client service activities. Support finance‑related administrative functions, including coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing day‑to‑day finance processes, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and reviewing monthly banking transactions. Deliver general administrative and facilities management support, including handling calls, correspondence, and enquiries; maintaining office facilities and environment; and coordinating building access, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for visitors and guests. Contribute to regional and international projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time.
