The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The day is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
- Strong understanding of the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
