Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered hiring platform, specifically for the Oslo market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product development.
• Translate user and business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and business outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and recruitment to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• The candidate has held the job title Product Manager or its equivalent.
• The candidate should be located in Oslo, Norway.
• The candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a product management role.
• The candidate has experience with Agile development methodologies.
• The candidate has experience working in the tech or software industry.
