Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive - Male

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive with strong agency experience to manage and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will handle 14+ social media accounts, create compelling content, run performance-driven ad campaigns, and deliver detailed analytics for exhibitions, projects, and brand portfolios. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent time management, multitasking ability, and deep knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all assigned

    accounts.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, and short videos tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for each exhibition, event, or project.

  • Manage community interactions: respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee and maintain 14+ social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand identity and timely updates.
  • Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to improve performance.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track key KPIs for both organic and paid campaigns.

    • Prepare detailed monthly and project-based performance reports.

    • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Analyze traffic data, user behavior, and campaign trends to support decision

      making.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role,

      preferably in a marketing agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid marketing strategies, and

      content creation.
    • Hands-on experience with:

      • Google Ads

      • Meta Ads Manager

      • Google Analytics

      • LinkedIn Ads

      • Content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

    • Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

    • Ability to multitask and manage high workloads across multiple accounts.

    • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and analytical reporting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

    • Experience managing multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.

    • Knowledge of basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

    • Strong project management and coordination skills.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 9,000 (based on experience).

    • Health Insurance: Provided (male employee + wife + up to 3 children).

    • Annual Leave: 30 days per year.

    • All benefits applicable after completion of the probation period.
