Onsite (Durant, OK) | Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Labor Day Required

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The ERP business analyst provides functional expertise, project coordination and overall advice for best business practices for our multiple financial software packages. You will report to the Senior Director of Finance.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will implement new companies, cost centers, natural accounts, user defined codes, and sub-ledger data based upon specified criteria.

2. Provide support to the finance division related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and finance job tickets.

3. Develop queries and reports within the software, and with third party software products.

4. Develop user defined reports within available business applications.

5. You will provide support for accounts payable including adding user profiles, end user training, applying category security, approval matrix support.

6. Analyze the efficiency of business practices and recommend strategies for improving these practices.

7. Assist with training staff in the use of ERP.

8. Partner with end-users to ensure requirements are used and resolve finance system issues.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or 4 years related experience.

· Knowledge of related IT computer systems, and the ability to manage these

· Produce quality material and simultaneously manage several projects

· Basic knowledge of issues relevant to the software modules including AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Assets

· Ensure clarity and quality of work.

· Data verification and problem solving skills

· Experience with report writing

· Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and nontechnical language

Five (5) years’ experience with ERP implementations
