Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment, share actionable insights, and support business decision-making.
  • Create and deliver training programs and self-service materials to empower stakeholders and drive adoption of tools and best practices.
  • Oversee accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and support change management efforts to improve processes and enhance user engagement.
  • Support internal controls and audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in shared services and BPO environments.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with international clients or stakeholders.
