Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Vaudreuil, Québec
Workplace flexibility: This role requires a presence in the office two days per week.
Status: Full-time, permanent (1)
Quadra, founded here in Quebec, has several offices in Canada and the United States. Our Finance team is currently looking for a motivated and thorough accounting clerk to join our team in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Your main responsibility for the company will be to review our employees’ expense accounts.

What will your responsibilities be as an accounting clerk?
- Review, validate, and approve employee expense accounts with rigour and attention to detail
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of expense and travel policies
- Maintain and optimize the expense account management system to improve efficiency
- Produce and analyze various financial reports related to expenses
- Collaborate on the recording of transactions in the accounting system
- Provide support and guidance to employees in relation to expense processes
- Work closely with the finance team to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Perform various administrative and accounting tasks in support of financial operations
What will your responsibilities be as an accounting clerk?
- College diploma (DEC) in accounting or administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in accounting or expense account processing.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Technological know-how, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP Concur software is an asset.
- Strong sense of discretion and high level of professionalism
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
- Team spirit, good judgment, and collaborative approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, versatile, and detail-oriented

Compensation and benefits: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $52,300.00 and $78,515.00. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only part of the overall package; this role also benefits from a generous bonus and benefits program. Quadra’s salary scales are defined according to position and level of responsibility and are regularly adjusted to ensure fair and competitive compensation.

In accordance with the Charter of the French language (Law 101), fluency in French is required for this position. Given the nature of the responsibilities and frequent interactions with partners and teams located elsewhere in Canada and internationally, intermediate knowledge of English is necessary.
