Job Scope:

  • Identify and acquire international clients for construction and mining equipment.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
  • Frequent international travel required.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in construction or mining equipment sales.
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) or MBA in International Business.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and export business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
