Description

Primary Function:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Lifeway Mobility, you will be responsible for closing sales opportunities with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
You must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. You will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on completed Home Accessibility reviews and estimates to convert to sale.

  • Perform Virtual Evaluations for customers who prefer to avoid the in-home evaluation process.

  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.

  • Provide customized solutions and recommendations based on client needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Continuously monitor and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Processes payments.

  • Be a resource for product knowledge and adept answering client questions.

  • Assist all customers and be willing route to the correct department if necessary.

  • Understand and explain state-specific funding and products.

  • Hand off customer to branch office at the point of scheduling installation.

  • Ability to work remotely, if necessary (with limited supervision), and still maintain targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Home Accessibility.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Ability to work remotely, if necessary (with limited supervision), and still maintain targets and goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to operate computer for most of workday with appropriate rest periods.
