Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in defining and driving the product lifecycle of server and workstation systems, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, development, launch, and sustaining.
2. Assist in developing and executing product strategy and positioning, working closely with marketing, engineering, and business development to deliver competitive server solutions.
3. Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and internal business needs into product requirements and feature definitions.
4. Support customer engagements, including technical discussions, requirement collection, and solution presentations to various stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
6. Provide internal and external product training for sales, FAEs, and customers.
7. Support issue escalation and resolution, coordinating with engineering and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Deliver 3rd-level product support as needed and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years of product management or related experience in server, data center, or IT hardware industries.
3. Solid technical foundation in server platforms, storage, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
4. Ability to translate customer and business requirements into product specifications.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, supply chain) to achieve product goals.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and customer-first mindset.
7. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment
